This role will lead our "front of house" sales and customer relationship functions. This role is tasked with ensuring we have the people, tools and product innovation strategies to build upon the great Yoogo Fleet business we have built to date.

We're looking for a highly capable and experienced General Manager to join our senior management team, driving advancement of existing and new customer relationships in order to maximize sales growth in line with margin and profitability targets. Based in our Auckland office and reporting to Mark, Group Chief Operating Officer, you will join some of the best people in the industry that will compliment your drive, discipline and innovative approach.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 5 years as GM or similar management level in the vehicle leasing, asset management and/or automotive finance industry.
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated leadership skills, with an exceptional customer-centric attitude & approach to the development and execution of sales, and business development goals.
• Tertiary qualification preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct all responsible resources to achieve individually targeted KPI's and budgeted results whilst delivering on Yoogo Fleet's strategic and budget expectations
• Managing our Sales and Customer Relationship functions - achieving sales, growth and profitability targets.
• Leading, planning and execution of the strategy in brand awareness and product innovation.
• Positive development of customer and supplier satisfaction.
• Maintain focus on the things we value; our people, our safety and developing our industry.
• Active leadership of workplace health and safety, culture and business systems.
