Job Responsibilities include:

• Customer service
• Maintaining compliance of contracted vehicles
• Modern vehicle service & repair process
• Telematics system audits, updating data
• Concierge for vehicle servicing and repairs
• Vehicle breakdown solutions & technical diagnosis of common vehicle issues
• Relief vehicle management
• Tyre replacement process and management
• Other duties as required from time to time

What you will need to succeed:

• Motor vehicle mechanical experience or Service Advisor experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong financial acumen, process driven and methodical
• Customer service experience required
• Understanding of the risk management process
• Strong control and administrative ability
• Confident and professional in interacting with people at all levels
• Uses strong initiative and can understand the customer perspective
• Communication skills - both written and oral
• Must have a positive attitude with an ability to work under pressure
