Yoogo Fleet was created specifically for NZ businesses - because the global fleet leasing industry just wasn't delivering!

Established in 2014, Yoogo Fleet saw a real opportunity to innovate the market and create a transparent, data-led, smart range of connected financial, fleet management and leasing products, specifically tailored for New Zealand business fleets. Job Responsibilities include:

• Strategic direction of the Operations function
• Accountable for continued customer-centric initiatives to ensure best-in-class customer experience
• Continual focus on system automation and resource optimisation
• Process review and improvement with specific attention to – automation, development, improvement and simplification
• Creation & delivery of accurate, timely and comprehensive reporting to the GM
• Support sales with pricing and pricing initiatives
• Project work as required to contribute to our customer service delivery
• Relentlessly challenging the norm to assist Yoogo Fleet on its mission to being best in class

What you will need to succeed:

• Leadership traits
• Strong organisation skills and accuracy
• Understanding of Vehicle Leasing (preferable but not essential)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Process driven and methodical
• Strong control and administrative ability
• Confident and professional in interacting with people at all levels
• Strong initiative capable of understanding the customer perspective
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills both written and oral
• Project management experience (preferable but not essential)
• Must have a positive attitude with an ability to work under pressure
• Strong ability to prioritise
