Speirs Finance, a division of the Speirs Finance Group, that specialises in generating business from its Speirs agency network, has an opportunity for a person experienced in the New Zealand asset finance market, especially as a or working with finance and business brokers. The role is titled Network and Market Development Manager.

About this role:

This is a key business and market development role, and is responsible for contributing to development and implementation of strategies to enable the growth in ongoing streams of new business opportunities for Speirs Finance from its Agency network as well as growth in the number of capable business mentors and finance brokers that will support Speirs Finance and promote its services to the NZ SME business market.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Contributes to Growth in sales, network capability and contributing agents
• Provides Input to Strategic Direction with SF General Manager
• Establish strategic plans for all independent agents and be responsible for progressing plans to eventual goals
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable Agent Network model that will ensure ongoing origination to SFG, and sustainability of support from network
• Provide ongoing training and development of agent capability, skills and knowledge - including individual or group training workshops

• Confidence in your timely decision-making ability
• A desire to continue to grow your knowledge and experience and assist with training and upskilling of the agent network
• Be able to work autonomously, in a small team environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
