About your new role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Strategy to lead and develop key account relationships, drive customer-centric strategies, and successfully navigate the RFP/Tender process within the Yoogo Fleet Sales Team.

This role would report directly to GM Sales and will provide a valuable function to support Key Account Managers/Client Managers with client relations, fleet reviews and tender responses.

Job responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute account management strategies for key customers to drive retention and growth
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand sales
• Identify areas to deliver outstanding personalised account management service utilising automated and digital solutions to complement face-to-face customer engagement.
• Analyse key tender requirements, agree tender strategy and provide support for drafting of the tender response
• Support Key Account Managers to provide Strategic Oversight & Consultancy solutions for key customers
• Lead, coach, and mentor the account management team to achieve individual and team sales targets

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience in client management and sales (minimum 5-8 years)
• Expertise in RFP and tender processes
• Strong strategic thinking and consultancy skills
• Proven ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of fleet leasing and management
