About this role:

In this critical role you will lead the company's quarterly, annual, and strategic financial forecast process, perform variance analysis of financial performance, and driving pricing and revenue optimisation initiatives. Together with other accountants in the business the FP&A manager will work with IT team to ensure enhancement to Focus system is tested and impacts to the Finance team is thoroughly understood, planned and resolved where issues arise. In addition, the FP&A manager will support the Finance team in driving process improvements and automation to ensure we continuously strive for greater efficiencies in day to day operations

Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspects of data collation and processing to deliver annual budget in line with the Management Team's expectations and in accordance with deliverables and timetable stipulated by the parent company
• Implement and develop financial forecasting and key performance indicators
• Develop financial models and analysis to support the strategies of the company
• Implement and develop pricing model that is fit for purpose
• Drive implementation of initiatives, leverage other expertise to deliver initiatives

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a financial planning & forecasting role within the Equipment, Lending and Leasing business
• Minimum 10 years Post Qualified Experience
• Experienced in driving pricing and revenue initiatives
• Experienced in developing and communicating value drivers, KPIs and dashboards
• Proven ability to effectively communicate financial results and reports
