About this role:

In this critical role you will be instrumental in leading the Accountants and Accounts Payable team in delivering accurate and timely financial information to key stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of monthly and annual reporting tasks are completed in accordance with Accounting principles and policies. The Finance Manager is also responsible for leading and driving the continuous learning and development of the team and promoting a collaborative one-team culture.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Leading and working with the Finance team to deliver accurate and timely monthly financial information for SFG and continuous improvement processes
• Planning, co-ordinating and completing the annual audit process in line with group deadlines
• Ensuring supplier invoices are approved based on delegated authority framework and are processed accurately for payment
• SFG cashflow management, including providing daily cashflow reporting

What you will need to succeed:

• CA qualified or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years Post Qualified Experience
• Proven ability to effectively communicate financial results and reports to wide stakeholder groups including senior leaders
• Proven ability to prepare financial results and analysis within a tight timeframe
• Proven leadership experience
