About this role:

The role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer outcomes by ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met, leveraging data insights, and supporting account growth, retention, and operational excellence through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Support Key Account Managers with pricing, compliance, credit, and admin tasks to drive customer growth and retention.
• Manage lease deviations, contract variations, and maintain accurate sales/marketing records.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, contributing to service improvements.
• Collaborate with credit, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer delivery and experience.
• Handle customer queries, support renewals, and build strong relationships through proactive communication.

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service and/or administration, ideally in the fleet industry
• Strong written and verbal communication, with professional presentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Reliable, accountable, and committed with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and support other business functions as needed
