About this role:

The Customer Service Specialist role is pivotal, as you will ensure service delivery functions operate efficiently, effectively, on time and ethically. This is a challenging, busy and rewarding role.

• Key Responsibilities will be:
• Concierge for vehicle servicing and repairs
• Customer service
• Maintaining compliance of contracted vehicles
• Telematics system audits, updating data
• Relief vehicle management
• Other duties as required from time to time

What you will need to succeed:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience required
• Understanding of the risk management process
• Strong control and administrative ability
• Confident and professional in interacting with people at all levels
• Uses strong initiative and can understand the customer perspective
• Communication skills - both written and oral
• Must have a positive attitude with an ability to work under pressure
